Refund Conditions Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • Personalised items or certain delicate goods may not be eligible for return.
